Down payment must be paid prior to this registration.

• Question 1 - if you know your occupancy partner for the trip, please enter their name.
• Question 2 - if you would like the museum to help find an occupancy partner, please answer "yes" or "no". 
• Question 3 - Please choose your dinner choice (Beechwood Restaurant), all dinner choices come with side, salad and rolls. 

*If the museum cannot find an occupancy partner, the single occupancy price must be paid.

The remaining balance is the trip total per person minus a $300 down payment:

FOM Member, $955 per person, double occupancy - $300 = balance $655 remaining

FOM Member, $1180 per person, single occupancy - $300 = balance $880 remaining

Non-Member, $1035 per person, double occupancy - $300 = balance $735 remaining

Non-Member, $1260 per person, single occupancy - $300 = balance $960 remaining
